Cmeg application

I’ve been researching day trading for awhile now, I’ve read both of Andrews books now.Have been  started paper trading for 4 months now( doing well). I’ve started fill out the application for cmeg and am concerned about the net worth. Is there a minimum? Only have one form of photo id ( drivers license). Are there any other issue Witch I should be prepared .
