Mario M 1 Posted January 6, 2018 Guys, thank you very much for the in-depth info, it really helped! And it is good to see that there isn’t anyone here playing around lol. Ryan, I will use your specs to guide me in acquiring the equipment, either off-the-shelf or through a custom builder. Actually, I am going to NY in a couple of months, maybe we can work something out. It would demand a lot more time for me to try to build it myself, and I want to focus as much time as possible to trading. In the meantime, I will be using what I already got, which is an iMac 27” that I dedicated to run DAS in Bootcamp, and a MacBook Pro 13” that I use for everything else, including the live chat. https://imgur.com/a/rV4j9
Robert H 453 Posted January 6, 2018 Great setups, everyone. Keep them coming! Funny how this is the most active post in the forum. Andrew should rename this place to Bear Bull Gamers lol

I live on Long Island, but if you give me a budget, I can easily build you a trading computer based on the specs I outlined (and within budget). This goes for anybody else that wants a custom computer built. I do this for a living and would love to help out the community!
frank2403 5 Posted January 7, 2018 Jesus you guys like to overkill your setups. Mine got tie-wrap holding the cooler of my processor, duct tape holding the fans, and holes drilled in the case for bigger vents that fits my fan.. Cost me 600$ with 2 screens and i've been gaming on it for 5 years without problem... But it looks cool I'll give you that ;)
Sean M 3 Posted January 9, 2018 Jason, what is that key in the upper left? Those are awesome!
Jason H. 53 Posted January 9, 2018 The upper left key is the “back” button. “Screens” on the stream deck or organized in folders, so on the first screen the upper left are the “long” and “short” folders and drilling into them shows the trading screens I’ve set up. Once in a folder the upper left is the back or up a level button by default.
Carlos M. 230 Posted January 11, 2018 There are a lot of great trading setups!! Too many to reply to all individually, so nice work everyone! It is interesting to see what everyone is trading with. I built my station similar to Andrew's. I have six 23 inch ASUS monitors on the Vivo Hex LCD Monitor Stand ($104). I got a standing desk from Evodesk (about $700 great company, I love this desk and the ability to stand and sit with a push of a button.) Below are the specs, prices (at the time I bought it), and amazon link incase anyone is interested in building their own machine: Motherboard: MSI Arsenal Gaming Intel Z270M ($118) Processor: Intel i7-7700K 4.2 GHz ($329) Processor Fan: Cooler Master Vortex Plus ($29) Ram: Crucial 16GB Single DDR4 2400 ($149) Memory: Samsun 960 Pro Series - 512GB M.2 Internal SSD ($289) Graphics Card: PNY NVIDIA Quadro K1200 ($302 - installed 2 support 6 monitors) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-bit ($125) Power Supply: Corsair CX Series 450 Watt. Lee W 82 Posted January 12, 2018 Nice setup, Carlos! I love the mouse pad that looks like a mini rug! How do you like the Evodesk? Is that a 48" top? How's the stability at various heights?
bal 2 Posted January 12, 2018 Looks neat and brilliant !
Carlos M. 230 Posted January 12, 2018 Thank you! Lee, the Evodesk is really neat I got the 48" top. Is more than enough room. I was concerned with it not being stable, especially with all the weight of the monitors. But the minute I unboxed the base legs and you feel how heavy and well built they are, I was put at ease. Excellent quality and very stable at standing high. Carlos M.
Peter S 3 Posted January 13, 2018 No I won' t show you mine. But for anyone in the UK who is looking for a computer I wholeheartedly recommend PCSpecialist.co.uk You can tell a lot from their forum. This is a massively non technical way to assess the product they delivered, but as a retired MD/Chief Exec of an import distribution company I can tell you that having built my computer to my requirements, they then dispatched it in the best protective packaging I've ever seen. And yes, it works.

appplejack003 2 Posted February 5, 2018 Sick setups My setup is too ghetto compared to these even though I have two 24'' monitors.
michael3301 3 Posted April 11, 2018 Jason, the Stream Deck is a genius idea. Thanks for sharing your setup.
