And you probably are, but make sure you are getting it through the BBT (link) as if you get the regular Deluxe package ARCA is already set up instead of having to ask IB to give it to you after the fact. And the Deluxe Plus package is $10 cheaper than buying it directly through DAS for the same thing (they call it the Elite package).
