PDT Non Us residents

I am about to open my first account and I am not sure if the PDT applies to me as a non US Reisdent.

I am from Uruguay (South America)

Hi Pablo, I am Abiel from México. It depends where your broker is based.  PDT is a US rule so it applies to US based brokers.  If you are going to open an account with IB US, PDT applies to your account.
