Trade-Ideas ....I've hit a wall!

I've tried various set-ups with TI and can't get one to 'see' what $WW did this morning at open. 

 

Any idea how to set-up a scanner or alert that would see this ....I've spent a couple of hours trying to get one to work!

I think I created one that works ...

'T' for Top List ...relatively simple list

What part are you trying to see? Or, where would you want the alert?

Thanks for your interest.  I ended up moving away from TI and now just set alerts when necessary.
