Andrew Aziz 97 Posted January 14, 2020 Guys my experience is that it is best to have a private area and no body is sitting, but everyone standing so we can all socialize. Is the venue like it? Can we all stand in a semi-private area to socialize instead of one big table?

Maggiano’s Little Italy is a sitting-style restaurant but afterwards we can check out to some of the places in Bellevue/Lincoln Square area. https://bellevuecollection.com Edited January 14, 2020 by Ed

Should we try to look for something similar? This is a site of other venues too: https://tinyurl.com/wr7tzvu Edited January 14, 2020 by maher

I'm not too familiar with current Bellevue venues, but have some suggestions if going to Seattle is of interest. For example, this (https://tinyurl.com/umwku44 ) is in the southern part of the city, so parking is free/easy and the food/drink/beer selection is good. It's a Car club w/ restaurant/garage/storage. There's a lounge area that we could essentially take over. Can call and see if it's still available and if they have some standing tables. There's also some cool cars in storage -- including several lambos from the chat session earlier today. Downside is the surrounding area is pretty dead so we'd have to drive elsewhere if plan was to hop around after dinner. In Lincoln square (current venue), there are lots of other options within walking distance.
Andrew Aziz 97 Posted January 15, 2020 Thanks for this. I think having a semi private area that we can take over is much better. Maybe worth checking with current venue if they can give us that option? If not, I am OK with changing the venue, if others dont mind.
Ed 0 Posted January 15, 2020 I’m totally cool too changing the venue to whatever works best for us getting to know one another better. I like the standing venue idea. Please update us when/if you make any reservations - Thanks!
