I recently got the Asus Zenbook 14 inch UX430UA on a sale, and its' great. My main priority is lightness so I can bring it anywhere and review my trades and journal (and also trade), and within my budget. I really don't want to get a cheaper laptop but with a weight and girth of a brick, that would really demotivate me to lug it around.

Hello I’m very familiar with this trade cause I took It as well. So couple things on this. 1. I would’ve taken a partial a 25.19 or .18. If I recall on the L2 there was a very large ask at 25.20. In the millions I think. Orders like that can top a stock which is what happened here at the rejection of a key level. That’s why I took one there. 2. Constantly evaluate your position. If you notice $PINS did a textbook head and shoulders off that daily level. If nothing else take a small partial. And if the stock becomes stronger you can always add back in. I got all out when the stock rolled over and failed to make a new HOD. I attached my journal on it. Hope that helps Thor

I've been told that I might have gone into more detail than needed. I wanted to demonstrate at least in real life, I've been able to have some measure of success, and also at times perform pretty well at a difficult job, under some extreme pressure. I've had experience trading in the market, I "did my homework" and yet, that day came. I like the way you put it "your openness and willing to help others is refreshingly normal here at BBT". If that bigger than expected loss ever comes around, I hope this at least gets some consideration as you stop and try to figure out what happens next.

Day trading software (like DAS) requires minimal processing power... You could spend $300 on a laptop and trade fine. Rule of thumb: What's your budget? Spend that.
