Brandon K 64 Posted February 18, 2019 Great share, Abiel. I've been battling bad sleep habits and late night grind hours for awhile. I operate on around 6 1/2 hours of sleep, but that's not enough. I think the part I struggle with most is getting up in the morning. Also, I think the quality of sleep I'm getting isn't good either. Lots to work on, but definitely will be looking to improve on this to keep the mind sharp for trading (and everything else I do).
