What IBKR Level 2 subscription is required for TSLA etc.

Hi All, 

I want to switch on level 2 data on my IBKR account (I use TWS). There seems to be quite a few level 2 data feed subscriptions available. Would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction in terms of which subscriptions I need for trading U.S. stocks.

Went for the Nasdaq TotalView - Openview subscription. Hopefully this is correct.

Having switched on Nasdaq TotalView Level 2 data and logging in to TWS I am now guessing I have not switched on all of the required subscriptions. When for example I look TSLA I am seeing pretty much no Level 2 data, Just a single line of data for the DRCTEDGE MM. Can anyone tell me what other subscriptions do I need to switch on to see Level 2 data for the likes of TSLA. Your advice will be much appreciated.
