Raising awareness

Hi All

No doubt you are all on here trying to better yourself and for that I salute everybody on here, investing time and money trying to improve your life. 

So hopefully after this message, you will invest a few minutes of your time to look after your health as well.

Not long after i signed up for this course, I was diagnosed with Stage 4, Gleason 10 Prostate Cancer, with a very bleak outlook.

I had enough warning signs but i stupidly chose to ignore them.

So my message is fellas, spend literally a few minutes to do a risk check online, if in ANY doubt go get yourself checked out by your Doctor. To the ladies on here, tell your partners to do a risk check

It was a bombshell and a proper curveball for our future plans. BUT this message is not about me, it's about YOU. Go do that risk checker, go get checked. If caught early, it can be dealt with.

PS Sorry to put this on the forum, but trying to raise awareness, if it helps to get 1 person diagnosed early, then it'll be worth it.
