Gravatar setup for BBT Chatroom

Hello BBT Members,

I have been trying to setup my Gravatar icon for the BBT chat, and have had no success so far. My profile picture is showing up on the Gravatar site, and it is tied to the email address I use for BBT. I have also tried to link the BBT site and chatrooms to the Gravatar profile, with no success. Can someone please provide some setup instructions for getting this to work? Or is there another way to upload a profile pic for the chatroom?

Hi Terry, once you setup your gravatar profile pic it takes a little bit to be shown in the chatroom.

Thank you, yes I actually set up the gravatar perhaps 2 months ago though. Not sure why it's not working 😞

@TerryDT make sure that your email account on gravatar and BBT website / room are the same 👌
