Does DAS Trader Pro / IBKR account include simulation/paper trading mode?

Hello BBT Admins and Members,

In a few month I hope I can transition to trading with a real account.  I'm planning to sign up for DAS Trader Pro with IBKR as the broker.

In the BBT education videos, many times it's suggested to switch back and forth between trading with real account and simulator, especially when experiencing consecutive losses.

My question is: when I pay the monthly subscription for DAS Trader Pro ($100-150/month roughly?) with IBKR broker, can I use the DAS pro account/software to switch back and forth between simulation/paper trading and real trading mode (e.g. just like ThinkOrSwim real vs. paper trading account)?

I hope I don't have to pay $100-150 for the real DAS Trader Pro and another $100-150 for the DAS Simulation?

Hello,

 

DAS has a replay feature that you can practice on after hours.

You also have a Real account and a Sim account that you can switch back and forth on during live trading hours.

CMEG, which is my broker charges $15.00/month for the replay feature, but the sim account is free.
