Hotkeys - stops + readjusting stops after partials

Hello, 

A beginner here. I am trying to figure out my hotkey/hot button setup and have a few questions:

- how do people place their stops? I would like to decide about the stop price level on every trade myself (so no  "equalizing" hotkey for now), but want to be able to do it quickly. Is there a way to set a stop with the mouse or combination of hotkey + mouse? 

- how do you adjust the amount of shares in the stop-loss after taking partials? 

- I had issues selling my position when the stock was on short selling restriction. I figured meanwhile that you need to sell at BID +$0.01, but how do you do it in practice? Do you have a special hotkey for that or do you set all your trades at BID+0.001
