Das Trader Pro: Issues with Stop Limits

I am new to Das Trader Pro and to BBT,  Over the last two weeks, I have had more than several issues with Das Trader Pro accepting my Stop Limit and then not recognizing the Stop Limit during the execution.  Also, I am still in a Practice Account; hence, could this be the reason it has been difficult to get out of trades.  This problem occurs even when I use the buttons.
