DuplicateWindow: 
1) Create a hotkey script (not a hotbutton on the montage) with the command:

DuplicateWindow;

2) Select a window you want to duplicate and fire the command.

Try to bring back window that is off-screen or out of view / can't be found:

1) Create hotkey script with command:    

FOCUSWINDOW MYNAME; SetPopOut Y; WPOS 0 0;         

** Note, you must know the name you've assigned the window, in this example I assigned "MYNAME" to it.

2) Window will appear at the 0,0 coordinate position for Windows. 0,0 is the upper left corner of your Primary monitor. You can then move it and pop it back in to where you want (MDI Child button).
