Hotkey error in DAS simulator

Hello all! My Hotkey screen shows up like this when I open it (see attached). Any idea how I can resolve this? Thanks!

Hello,

I installed DAS in two different computers but both are working fine. This is not common. 

• Did you try to reinstall [Fresh Copy] 
• Install in a different folder

If you can't fix the issue, you can reach DAS support..

If what you are showing / asking is why you don't see the edit buttons - I had the same problem.  It was because of the screen resolution.   My problem was on a 4K monitor.  When I opened DAS on a regular monitor the problem went away.

This may no longer be an issue for you, but I wanted to add my comments in case you are continuing to have this problem.

I agree with rickbw123. This was one my problems, too. It was a screen resolution issue between my laptop screen and dual monitors. Once all screen resolutions settings were the same, I could see the hotkey screen entirely.

This is still an issue for me. When I open DAS on my laptop and open a hotkey window w/in DAS, the dialogue box opens fine. However, when I move the DAS layout to one of my dual monitors and perform the same function, the dialogue box is distorted. I checked and all screens resolution is set to 1920 X 1080. Do you have any insight on how to fix this?

@Jaimemeraz Unfortunately, I don't. But I think Kyle Kimsey here on BBT should be your next contact. He's definitely knowledgeable and if he can't help, I bet he can point you in the right direction.

I was able to resolve this by going into my windows display settings and changing the scale from 125% (which was recommended) to `100%. Thanks everyone
