Equalized Risk Per Trade hotkey. does not send stop loss order. (and no dark background).

Hi, I have a question regarding the Equalized Risk Per Trade hotkey.  

I've watched all the essential and introduction classes on setting up Das Trader. I also have watched William's youtube here:

However, the equalized-risk-per-trade hotkey does not send the stop order.  My chart also does not show a black background when I double click on a certain price.
Here's more detail:

In this youtube video, around minute 6:35, when William clicks the price at $11.38, the price has a dark background color behind the price, identifying that's the desired stop loss, before we click the hotkey.

In my DAS, it doesn't show the black background.  The script partially works. It buys the right amount of shares according to my risk.  However, the stop order is not sent.  I wonder if this problems relate to the missing dark background behind the price.

I've done my homework googling for 15 more minutes and searched through the forum, but to no avail.
