I feel the way Thor says 'Check your mirrors', is more like:

You have a trade idea, the price action looks good, the levels are respected. Check the L2, and oh crap, there is a 'huge buyer just below'/'huge seller just above'... Don't take the move..  The equivalent of checking your mirrors before you make the move.
