USB Touchscreen monitor?? hmmm....

While shopping amazon, I came across some portable USB touchscreen monitors and I thought, "hey!  I wouldn't need my Stream Deck XL any longer."

In DAS, you can open new montages, anchor them to the main montage, set them for hotbuttons-only, and have an unlimited number of buttons! (up to 50 in each popped out window)

You know I'm going to try it.

p.s. here's a screen shot of a possible set up on one of my (non-touch) monitors.

Ok, here's one issue with touchscreens. They can intermittently send signals. I have personally had a touchscreen lock up due to hammering a touchpoint. Be prepared if you do this.

So maybe I should test it in Sim for a couple years first...

I've had a laptop with a touchscreen for quite a while. I hardly ever use the touchscreen, especially when trading on it.

Come to think of it... for a while I was using a touchscreen to mix a band.  One night channels started acting strange.  They were changing by themselves.

It was an outdoor show at night.  The screen was attracting bugs and the bugs were activating buttons when they would land on it.
