After hours/pre-market trading

This noob is having so much fun learning the BBT strategies for market hours, just wondering if there's some guidance anywhere about trading after the close and/or pre-market?  I've got another couple months of work-from-home before it's time to return to the office, which will affect my East Coast trading hours.  Can someone point me to some discussion on this?
