Trade ideas scanner which show an unusual bid or ask

Hello everyone!

I want to know if someone can said to me if it is possible to create a scanner with trade ideas which alerts me when :

"an unusual bid or ask occurs at certain price level"

Exemple : AAPL is at 133$ and at 134.55$ an ask appears on the L2 with 30 000 shares then trade ideas send to me this alerts.

 

Is it possible?

The information is there, and I would love to make use of it. The problem is, they only alert for stocks that trade less than 3 million average shares per day, and this is hard coded in. Probably a bandwidth thing. That would be a huge amount of data to scan through and sort. So it would be extremely rare for a stock in play to ever show up. But, hope springs eternal. If anyone has any ideas, this would be a great place to discuss them. You never know!
