Trading partner or very small group

Hello, I am looking to hook up with 1 to 3 fellow traders to form a serious growth group. This would not be a live trading group. Rather, it would be a regular meeting where we could go over trades, thoughts, strategies, tools, money management, etc., retroactively and give honest feedback to each other. Ideally, this would be a longer-term thing, as I believe the benefit would come by getting to know each other's trading styles and tendencies, both good and bad, so that feedback would be more valuable. It would also be easier to spot growth or decline.
