DAS (Time/sale) "Above Ask" "Below Bid"

Hello,

My understanding is that there is no possible trade outside the bid/ask spread; if an order is placed aggressively, the exchange will always execute at best bid/ask. As such, what I’d like to understand is what the “Above Ask” and “Below Bid” in the Time/Sale represent and how do they occur.
