Chat Room Suggestions

I didn't know where to post this so I'm trying here:

Is there a way to find out from the devs of the webinar/chat room software if its possible to include a volume setting for each individual speaker? Sometimes some speakers mics are louder or quieter than others and having one volume control makes it hard to listen to both, especially when wearing headphones. If we could control the volume of each, it would be a great help.

Just thought I'd throw this out there in case it was possible to suggest improvements to the chat room.
