CMEG and Filing taxes in US

It's that time of the year.  I'm looking for information on how to file taxes for losses that I accrued with CMEG.  CMEG sent me an annual account summary per my request for tax forms.  Does anyone have experience translating this form into something meaningful for tax filing purposes?  

I'm not entirely sure how to decipher this but essential I lost all of the $5500 that I deposited.   I wish to report this so I can deduct a portion of this from my taxes.  I'm using Turbotax

Hey - go to Green Trader Tax's website for research.  They've got a lot of info on their site, he does webinars all the time, and I'm sure webinars are on the site somewhere too.  There's a lot of helpful info there 🙂

ETA: Actually, he did a webinar for BBT too, it should be in our webinars here.
