Do international traders have to worried about "WASH SALE" rule? or is that only for US?

Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong... I know I have on my US tax forms.

It is definitely a US tax code regulation.  There may be other versions in other countries tax codes but I've been informed not in Canada.  I haven't heard specifically of any other country enforcing a similar law but its possible.
