Anybody get DAS on their phone working? IB

I've sent a few emails to Interactive Brokers for a month now and they have yet to respond.  Has anybody gotten the Firm IP, Order IP, Order Port and all that from them to set up DAS on a mobile before? (It says once you enter the firm ID that it will auto populate the rest somewhere on the site?)

I tried to search it on here and someone asked once but at that time nobody knew how it looked like.  Or there was a reference to a site that didn't exactly have the firm ID ports and such on it.

Make CERTAIN that you are using the right password. The mobile won't tell you if you are, and you'll get locked out after a few tries.

Awe, I remember now, I get a sad face and it says "Sorry, we can't show this content because you do not have permission to see it." 

Not sure why it does that, I am a LTM if you need to be a member.
