IBKR Pro vs IBKR Lite ($0 commissions)

Will either of these qualify for being able to take advantage of $150 DAS Pro deal through BBT:

IBKR Pro vs IBKR Lite (can i have EITHER of these and the $150 data package pricing still applies? or is IBKR Pro required?)
IBKR Lite has $0 commission and so i would like to open this type of account if possible,

yet i also want to be able to get the $150 per month data package pricing through BBT.

I believe that you have to use IBKR PRo to link with DAS. If you get the tiered comms plan, they charge a "minimum" 35 cents per ticket. Not sure all the differences, so you'd have to ask IB.
