PDT Rule

Hi everyone:

If I have 30K in Interactive Broker,  I used 20K for long term trades, and 10K for day trades. Does that breaks the PDT rule?

I think you need to have at least $25k In the account that you are day trading, so it should be ok as long as it's a single account with IB you should be good. However the best is to call IB or do a live chat and ask them, they will give you a definitive answer.
