Repeat Order DAS

I'm stuck setting up the following:

1.  Load bid 

2. Move price up or down

3. Enter order

4. Hit enter to refire the order/or move price.

 

I setup a key to just fire an order instantly, but I'm having trouble setting up a hotkey that loads the bid (doesn't fire immediately) and then allows me to refire the order repeatedly pressing enter.

Does anybody know the setting to change that?  ( i don't know why i can't figure this out, I do this on every other platform (sterling, takion, fusion, ect ect
