DAS App

I just opened an account with CMEG and downloaded the DAS trader app as a backup in case of technical failures on my computer or internet. To set it up it's asking for the following and am hoping you guys can help me with them:

Firm ID

Order IP

Order Port

I tried to find it and also contacted IB support for this info.  Haven’t heard or found anything yet 😞

I was wondering about this. Could you expand? I assume you're referring to a spare laptop with Das set up and ready to go, just in case your main machine crashes when you have an open position. Not sure how easy it would be to get round internet issues (hotspot?).

I think this thread is referring to the DAS Mobile phone app as a backup. Pls correct me if I'm wrong.

Maybe @Jesse can edit title to read "DAS Mobile Phone App"
