Hello Lexie,

  What Brokerage do you use? If it is CMEG, you need to change all of your TIF=DAY+  to TIF=DAY.

Example:   Thors B/E hotkey :     CXL ALLSYMB;Route=Stop;Price=AvgCost;StopType=MARKET;STOPPRICE=AvgCost;StopPrice=Round2;Share=Pos;TIF=DAY+;Send=Reverse

                    For CMEG:                    CXL ALLSYMB;Route=Stop;Price=AvgCost;StopType=MARKET;STOPPRICE=AvgCost;StopPrice=Round2;Share=Pos;TIF=DAY;Send=Reverse

It doesn't work because there is no stop order being sent with those hotkeys.

It looks like you got those from Kyle's hotkeys. On the first tab of the spreadsheet (Setup & Instructions), you need to turn "Send a Stop Trigger Order?" to "True". It's on line 27.
