Problem with DAS Trader and displaying key futures

I'm paying for the DAS Trader Pro simulator and not able to display S&P 500 E-mini or NASDAQ 100 E-mini futures.

I'm using the correct DAS symbols (#ESZ9 and #NQZ9) for December 2019, but the charts are blank. I'm using the symbols per the DAS Trader Pro futures symbol guide ( https://dastrader.com/documents/futures symbol guide.pdf ).

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Did you figure it out? #ES and #NQ, as well as #MES and #MNQ works for me in the DAS trial version
