Desktop Repairs & Contingencies

After spending a day on the phone with computer support, deleting apps, internet research and a complete computer reinstall apparently the desktop needs to go back to the manufacturer for repairs.  If everything goes right I should have it back by Friday.  I do not rely on day trading for income, still in sim, but this is eye opening.  If I were completely relying on trading for living expenses, would be down an entire week because of this.

Just a heads up to the community, may want to develop a contingency plan for a scenario like this if you do rely on your trading to pay bills!

A laptop or another desktop should be in you contingency plan, as well an UPS backup for power outages! (for computer and router).
