Australian IB accounts and DAS Trader

G'day All,

Are there any Australian members who use IB Australia with DAS Trader? If so did you have any dramas setting it up; or, does anyone know if it would be possible to open a IB account through the Canadian branch as an Aussie  (which should solve the $25,000 PDT rule).

I do appreciate any light that is shed on this issue.
