In the chatroom many other people have replied to me and said that have run into this same issue from time to time. It has happened too many times for me to just be okay with it. Occasionally, during high volume times in the market, everything in DAS goes "berserk" and the time and sales shows the wrong stock price, the L2 bid and ask are all out of wack, and the price on the chart is wrong as well. It has cost me some money recently while trying to get out of a position. Please see the pic I uploaded.
Anyone know if there is any resolution for this, other than completing stopping trading and checking latency in DAS, etc? It happens when there are big moves occuring, and it stinks having to sit out for however long it is not working properly for. I should also mention that I have a top of the line computer that I use only for trading and nothing else, so it shouldn't be anything hardware or internet related.
I love everything about DAS, except for this, and I feel like I need to find a different trading software if there isn't any fix because it seems to happen at the most inopportune times. Thanks for any possible help on this issue, I definitely appreciate it.
