Hi Adam, Long time lurker of this thread. I think this is a good entry if it fits your thesis and things just happen. However, for me, I probably would wait until it makes a new 1 min low for the entry. In addition, I am not sure if you use 2 min chart, it does not look very well for a short on it. Just my 2 cents. Any feedback on this one chaps? This was a failed ABCD short on AAPL. I saw it break down out of its opening range and then recover to VWAP. It rejected VWAP and then fell back below the 9EMA, which was my entry point with a stop back above VWAP. The stock ended up continuing on up and I stopped out. I'm wondering which (if any) of the following statements are true: You win some, you lose some. Nothing wrong with this entry, it just didn't go my way. I shouldn't be taking ABCD entries in the zone around VWAP, given the uncertainty that exists there. I shouldn't be taking these entries inside 15 minutes of the open: ABCD is a trend trading strategy, you could argue trends take quite some time longer than this to form. The ABCD entry itself was defective or invalid in a way I don't yet appreciate. None of the above. Open to ideas!

Brad, Thank you very much for your insight. This is great to keep in mind and makes total sense. Even though I have 25k doesn't mean I should always be risking 0.5% or larger amounts like this. Is this the table you are referring to below to calculate my share size dependent on my stop loss and amount I am willing to risk?

Kyle...My suggestion is to provide New Traders to perfect at least three Trading strategies so that they can settle down. I really like Andrew's 1/5 min ORB Strategy/ABCD and VWAP Reversal. I think we have perfected this but we need more guidance on how to make it perfect. Also, is there a better way to learn Trade Ideas? I feel it is too powerful but I do not see too much discussion on Trade Ideas within the community. May be I am missing it. Lastly, the Hotkeys are really glue to everything. I am still struggling with it. Is there a simple way to find documentation on Hotkeys?
