Weekly Analysis of trading I started the week off good with a couple of good executions on $JD. I got stopped out and then got back in for a partial before being stopped out at break-even. Then the week took a turn with some unfortunate events. Wednesday got a great entry on a a 5 min Orb with $AMD, only to realize later that I forgot to set my order template back to my live account. I tried to recompose myself, but it did not work out well and I had to shutdown the trading station early and go for a run. The next day went short on $SGMO and quickly realized I went long instead. I covered and re-entered only to find out that I had only (1) share. I am still not sure what happened on that trade as I could not replicate it in Sim later in the day. Friday turned out well, except that I was hesitate on the $AMD short entry and missed the move. I tried to find another good entry within my tolerance, but didn't. Overall I dealt with some trading errors, and managed to build some emotional resilience for new experiences. Weekly Overall Self Rating: Alright Daily Goal Hit – 4 of 5 Goals for Next Week 1. Week 14 Recap I was pretty down on myself Friday and though i traded much worse than last week, it wasn't too terrible. i started trying to take V reversals again which is a big no-no for me so i'll be making sure to look out for that next week. Also, only 40% of my trades were in the direction of the trend so it's no surprise i was red this week. all in all, not my best and not nearly as good as last week but it's all about slow, steady, small progress. · Weekly stats o 2.3 R/R (Goal: above 2.0) [Previous Week: 2.2] o 35/40 88% (Goal: above 80%) [Previous Week: 87%] o -$55.67 (Goal: $250) [Previous Week: $42.36] o 4/10 40% trades with the trend (Goal: 100%) [Previous Week: 92%]!!!!!! o 3/10 30% Early Entries (Goal: 0%) [Previous Week: 15%] o 0/10 0% Letting Losers Run (Goal: 0%) [Previous Week:0%] o 2/10 20% No Setup (Goal: 0%) [Previous Week: 0%] · Highlights o Didn’t let any losers run past my intended stop. o Good trade in MU holding on a pullback. · Ongoing things to work on o Started Taking V reversals again. Need to stop doing the immediately. Be patient for an entry or let it pass. o Way too many trades in the wrong direction. Need to trade with the 5min trend. o Get out on ORBs quick if they’re not working. You can always get back in. o Took two awful risk/reward trades in MU on Thursday, shows I’m looking at my R/R before the trade. o Get out before a full R if the idea of the trade changes.

Live trading summary for week ending 4/05/19. A very tumultuous week. Looking at the data, it actually looks like a good week, but it surely wasn’t. Monday took a trade on a bad setup, then got a bad entry and instead of getting out quickly (for a small profit) I held on to the original S/O which is no longer valid due to the bad entry. Got hit with a -2R loss which is highly unusual for me. The trade just before it was a nice winner so only a small loss for the day. But, it really hit me emotionally. Then Tuesday my well-being score was too low for live trading so I traded SIM, but the SIM did not work and my trade was inadvertently live. Since I was supposedly on SIM I took a trade on a volatile stock, I usually would not trade, for practice. The shock I was trading live caused a delay in my S/O and I got another -2R loss, back to back days! I have not added that trade to my data set since it was a mainly a platform issue. It took a while but DAS support figured out the issue. Then Wednesday and Thursday my well-being score was still too low for live trading so I traded SIM. Both days were good trading. Finally, Friday I was able to trade live again and traded well extending my max trade rule from 1 + 1 trades/day (only trade a second time if the first trade was a winner) to 2 trades/day maximum. My trade evaluation by week: And SIM this week: I need to get my health back next week so I can trade live more. But, this was the only time I got sick all year so I shouldn’t complain. Have a good weekend.
