W - Any difference between what we wanted, expected, desired or needed and what we got is simply an indication of the degree to which we haven't learned what we needed to know or evidence that we don't have the appropriate skills to do what needed to be done.
A - Mark is telling us our results are just a picture of where we are and what we still need to learn and/or how to execute
A - This has been rolling around in my head for a few weeks now - this sentence. Our equity curve, results, performance, journal and all we have are just a mirror/picture of where we are in our development. We don't have to take that the wrong way; rather embrace it. These are all the things we can and need to learn to become who we want to be.... if we can document it, create a method to learn/correct it - we can grow into what we want.... we have to see it so that means being very self aware & then devise a plan to change it. It is not easy, but it is doable. If we focus on the process and read the results only as opportunities to learn & grow; we begin a process of continuous improvement. One day we will look back and say - gosh I forgot how far I came...
