To Add to Google Calendar:

1) Go here: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r/settings/addbyurl
2) Paste URL in "URL of Calendar" form box.
3) Click "Add Calendar"
4) Go to the sidebar and adjust the name/settings as you desire.

For users stumbling on this, the new website doesn't have anything in the calendar feed so the links won't work - the plugin seems like it's still installed (or pieces of it).  If they choose to readd the feed (Events Manager), I'll update the ical links for everyone to use.
