PAT: over-trading
Well I did not over-trade but due to the continued increase in our online business I have been unable to keep up with most of my trading and scattered while trading
Traded pretty good I feel. Two setups did not work out and one technical mistake that took me out way too early with a full R loss.

My Stream Deck has hard push clear mechanical buttons with a led screen behind each one. I have to push the key like a mechanical keyboard. I did not know they made them with soft push buttons (touch buttons). I could see that if that was the case.

Beginning of a trend. Did not make it through VWAP and the SPY looked like it was not gonna make it to VWAP also helping me out. I did take off 50% to reduce risk since this was not going fast enough for my expectations. My stop was just above VWAP. I took off 25% at 1R and moved my stop to BE and stopped out.

@JasonH Did you try returning the Streamdeck. Sounds like there may be a problem with it. I have been using mine since Christmas and the only mistakes it makes is from operator error Maybe yours got tossed around a little too much in shipping.

4-6 to 4-9-20
What I did bad this week:
Technical Errors: Hotkey error a couple times but caught them fast
Trade management: Took too little Risk in A+ setups
Over-trading: 3 out of 4 days. Convincing myself that it is part of my PB but when reviewed it is not.
What I did good this week:
Respected my in trade and daily stop. Kept my losers small by taking off risk when the trade does not go my way in the time expected.
Changing a Bad Rule that I implemented on Wed. after discussion with Ted
Visualization with my meditation seems to work well for me
Changes to be made this upcoming week:
None, stay with same risk until my goal is reached
Rules to stick by this upcoming Week:
1. After I call it a day by either MAX Loss, Profit Target or what I am comfortable with, only use the rest of the day in SIM unless it is an A+ setup then only give back what is in my plan
2. In-Trade and Daily Stops
3. Do Not chase or revenge trade
4. PB#s 1, 3 and 7 are only to be taken Live unless Rule#1
5. Only A or better setups at time of Live trade
6. After a losing Bad (poorly executed, out of PB Ect.) trade before 1100 I must wait till after 1100 to resume trading
Challenges for myself this upcoming Week:
On mic trades only with my small group if available
Take a planned break at 1100 or 1200 for other Bus.
@ 0850 do some exercise and then meditate to calm myself
Notes:
Rules are not to be broken, these will cost money every time
My Challenges are almost as important as my Rules, Pay attention to them
Goals and Rewards:
+6R or more for the week to increase size. +2.9R for the week

PAT: Over-trading outside of playbook. Take a full size position when its an A+ setup
I could not find a good direction today and kept most of my entries small. I did end up Over-trading a bit. Overall with the way everything seemed to move I am happy to get out with only a -0.6R Loss
Cons: Over-trading
Pros: Keeping the losers small by reducing risk but still holding to my stops

Time to button down and stick to what I know
PAT: Over-trading outside of playbook. Take a full size position when its an A+ setup
I had way more patience today doing a little visualizing during meditation as Dr. Katz recommended
SQ
I felt very good about my first trade but only wished I would have taken a partial at HOD. I was given the opportunity to reduce risk on a small bounce so I took it.
After It failed I said I was not going to trade anymore till after 1100. I talked with Ted about it and now realize I should not penalize myself for a good trade that did not work out. So I will change the rule to one Bad trade before 1100. There was no reason that I did not take the trade again on the bounce of VWAP right after it failed.
Second entry made another ABCD on the 1min for a small entry and I added once I felt better about the trade. Took a partial and it came back to stop me out by a couple cents.
I reentered again when it came back through the 20ema and added on for a double size position, not out of hope but on L2 action. was able to get 6 partials but I never had a chance to add on so I was left with a tiny share size so I doubled the size bringing my BE still to a decent level.
I only exited the trade because I had to leave to take car of my other business.
Cons: Bad Rule kept me from taking the trade right after I got stopped out. This is changed starting tomorrow
Pros: had the patience to wait after my Visualization and meditation this morning
PB Trade: SQ

AIS 0850, 7 hours, 9/10
had an early Dr. appointment
Over-traded again today. Its time to reevaluate the rest of the week
Charts are just all over and I only have one good trade today in the morning on KSS. I should have called it there but instead I too a near target trade to MAX Loss.
Arghh....
The next two days I will limit my trades in a big way. Back to one loss before 1100. If I break these two rules either day I will force myself back to a smaller risk.

3-30 to 4-3-20
What I did bad this week:
Technical Errors: Hotkey error
Trade management: Partials too soon and too many times due to fear after loosing trades, Loss focus during the trade from outside, Took too little Risk in A+ setups
Over-trading: Chased on two entries, and started to trade in the first 5min
Let one trade go past my stop
What I did good this week:
Respected my in trade and daily stops except the one
Took most trades on all of the days that I was calling out
Feeling more confidant in my PB#s 3 and 7
Reading the tape well on focused days
Kept my losers small on 4 days
Changes to be made this upcoming week:
Work on playbook trades that I may need to scalp when Tape is slow or not doing what I anticipate

Here is my setup for now.
Once I have moved up a couple risk levels I will be adding another 24" monitor on the top as a reward for sticking to my plan.
I plan on moving into a new room hopefully within a year but I need to sell out of our online business so I have room.
Oh and by the way, My phone is an old crappy LG V20 so a new Iphone is what has been on my list for some time now. LOL
Thank you for the opportunity not only for the phone but for opening my eyes up to trading. I follow daily and watch all the videos offered and I know BBT has been the only reason I have succeeded thus far. As of now I watch the PM Show everyday while gathering my own list from what I have learned from Carlos and Norm. I do have a few trading buddy's that I talk to live while trading everyday (that is what the headphones are for) and we try to keep each other in line and this I feel is another reason I am continuing to grow.

PAT: Over-trading, I need to get a grip on the last few days
DIS
PB#3
Start of a trend. ABCD on the 2min and PMH for first entry , partial at yesterdays low. Flipped and covered with a small loss.
Second entry at the same level, partial was to reduce risk in the uncertainty. Second partial at yesterdays low took another partial when it went green. And here is where I screwed up on my hotkeys again. I got all out then on accident I hit a hot button for Buy 100 shares and sold it right away. Little did I know between the spread and the few seconds it took me to realize what I had did I lost 2.6R on the the mistake. Tried a long again to get stopped out when the trend was broke.
Total of all trades including the hotkey mistake -2.6R

Cons: frustration from the hotkey mistake cost me even more money
Pros: other than the hotkey mistake I kept me losses small
