8-12-19 5 hrs sleep and rested well. Up at 7:30 SSS and Bucci Pay Attention To: Trading into Resistance .......... Taking proper share sizes......... No Trading in the first 5.............. stick to stocks 15.00 - 90.00......... My Sticky Note (Spreads, R/R, Pattern, LVL2) Here early after two very bad trades....... Will wait for the right set up and use smaller share sizes as I am near my max loss for the day after these two..... In total this is a Blowup Day, just glad Im in SIM for at least another 2 months .......... +MU got Stopped out below VWAP.... Had bad entry and rushed into it reading chat for ABCD........ (41.00) -AMD ORB Engulfing crack...... not only got a very bad entry but also took a strong stock and tried to short it..... I did not even notice the 200MA I was trading into......... (80.00) Traded two more + GGAL this should have been a looser as I did not respect my stop............. +58.00 .............. and +NUGT ABCD again I did not respect my stop below 20MA but once it came back close I got out (I also was frustrated and stopped watching it for about 3 min.) .......... (70.00) I will go pack up orders for the day and come back fresh I hope........ Came back and still couldn't find what I was looking for ..... So I just started playing around with some other stuff and coming back and forth to the chat.... Ended up taking -AMD for two trades... First one I seen a 90k BID on LVL2 so I jumped in for a scalp then reentered later with an add on on a pull back for some nice profit. My R/R was 5r or more and I am still in some till I have to head to work in a bit.... Profit thus far ..... +243.97 total after I go stopped out +289.19 CONS: Adjusted share size too much and was now taking too much......... I felt very scattered when market opened and I should have just walked away......... GGAL and NUGT were more revenge trades than anything else....... I did NOT respect my stop losses on GGAL and NUGT....... I did trade into a 200MA that I did not notice till now........ PROS: Even though GGAL and NUGT were revenge and I did not respect my stop loss I did go by the LVL2 and it did move in the direction that was predicted NOTE TO SELF: Follow Sticky Note...... readjust my share sizes for max loss of 50.00........ Call it a day when I've made bad trades and I know I am not thinking clearly....... Look out for strong MAs.... Need to get back to my basics and stop trying to rush / mirror trade..... Take my patterns and do my normal partials and honer mt stops.... I am starting to feel Like my trading is better late morning early afternoon..... P&L Target 50.00: +156.19

13.Aug.19 Green day. +2r. Took only 3 trades today, as I couldn't be available at the open. Watchlist: $ROKU, $JD, $TWTR and $RKDA, $DCPH, $CVET Trade1: $ROKU. Was strong today for the 3rd consecutive day, I took micro size at premarket close to VWAP. Risk was 0.1r only. Exited before the open, got .5r profit. Premarket trading is almost like trading in slowmotion. Only risk is the volatile price movement and the risk of going beyond the stoploss. It is important to have very good entry and proper share size. I was expecting the price to go down af the open as it was too much extended, but $ROKU opened strong but sold off. $ROKU has formed a shooting star on the daily at the close. Tomorrow, i expect it to break down finally, after the bull run. Trade2: $JD. I missed the open, waited for a good setup. It occured on $JD at 12PM, I saw the ABCD pattern on the 5min and also a hammer. Took it long. Was patient with my partials. I saw lot of ask at the $30.5 level, din't want to get caught in that, so exited just before that. +2r. Trade3: $CRON. Watched $CRON hitting 200MA on 15min, was tempted to take short although I was done for the day. Took it with half share size, it moved with SPY and got stopped out. -0.5r Trade4: $CVET. Took reversal on $CVET, realized I was on SIM after the entry. Treated it like a Live trade. Got 2R/3R. Good: I waited patiently after missing the Open, I took my first trade only after 12PM. No FOMO, when other members were making trades. Today was an excellent day to trade the open, I felt. Improvement: Happy with my trading today.

Tuesday August 13th, 2019 Sleep: 8 hours. Mood: good, ready to trade. took one trade in $MU. tried to do a 15MIN ABCD. got in on a new 2min high with volume on the 2min chart. it did a 2min engulfing the next candle which is a signal for me to get out but instead i held to my stop loss. GOOD: entry was good, stop loss was appropriate RFI: too flat for a true ABCD. had an early exit signal that i ignored. MOOD: frustrated CONSISTENT: yes, stuck to my plan What i did good today: waited for an entry on volume, stuck to my stop What i did bad today: I want to practice getting out of trades when i see clear indication is't not working and i should have done that today but i didn't What can i do better tomorrow: keep taking setups. Other comments for tomorrow: i want to keep trading but i'm tilted now so i'm just going to trade in sim. i do feel like i'm going a little crazy because i see the things i need to do after the fact but then everyday i keep repeating the same mistakes over and over. there's really nothing else to do besides keep practicing but it does feel like walking through quicksand some days.

Tuesday 8/13/2019 I had a well-being score of 6.5/10 this morning. My nerves were OK. I took 1 live trade with AAPL and one SIM trade with ROKU. AAPL and ROKU looked fine to have as my two main focuses this morning. I liked the 201.30 to 201.40 levels, on AAPL with high of premarket and daily level. I was planning to go long if it broke those levels with volume. Though the R/R in theory is about 2 I knew that I wouldn’t get a perfect fill and my R/R would be less. Anyway it broke the level with good volume and I went long. My target was 202 with my stop at 201. It started to move higher quickly. Though I really wasn’t happy taking a trade 15 seconds after the open. I have been doing that too much lately. I did get 3 small partials before it retraced and I exited at B/E. Previously, I allowed some slack when exiting on AAPL if there was a strong level just below. But, I have been burned recently so I have stopped. Yes if I held to the high of premarket I probably would have got a $6 run. But I am not ready in my trading to do that yet. The chart when I took the trade. The entire trade: I then took a SIM trade with ROKU and did well, but honestly if you took anything to the long side this morning you would have done well. It seems you have to always keep an eye on the bid-ask spread on ROKU anytime you are about to take a partial. Score Card (live trade) AAPL 87% What I did good today: I like my ROKU entry What I am grateful from today? Controlled my FOMO when I missed the rest of the AAPL run. What do I need to improve on: I need to learn how to use the short finder on Centerpoint quickly if ROKU stays on my top focuses. It takes too long to use at the open, but maybe when things slow down about 10-15min after the open it will be useable. It will cost an extra $0.006/share to find short shares for ROKU.

it's good to stick to your rules, and good that you don't rush a trade cuz you've only 30 mins available, a problem I really had and suffered overcoming! Sometimes white day is better than a possible red one)

No trades again today. I only had about 30 minutes available this morning before having leave for the train. Everything seemed to choppy for me, as I am not one of those traders that trade before the 5 minute mark. There were some nice 1 min and 2 min Orbs this morning. Looking forward tomorrow.

8-13-19 4hrs Sleep SSS, Coffee and toast..... Long night...... Pay Attention To: Follow Sticky Note...... readjust my share sizes for max loss of 50.00........ Look out for strong MAs.... Need to get back to my basics and stop trying to rush / mirror trade..... Take my patterns and do my normal partials and honer mt stops.... +MU my mistake was got trigger happy and took the trade before the first 5 and got stopped.... If I would have waited for the next 5min candle this would have been a one and done.... Also took a bit too much share size..... (60.00) JD .... Christmas tree.... best that I can describe ......... 1st, Long and got stopped out which was too tight.... I took the trade again with the proper stop, took some profit before BE then took it again on an ABCD and with a boob mistake I took more instead of continued to take profit..... kept taking it for small profits... Most of my entries were due to lots of large ASK orders in the proper price range.... (31.68) Hot Key mistake.... Added to a winning trade instead of getting out on accident should have been about +100 +AMD Reversal off of VWAP on the 5min using the 20 as a stop and yesterdays marker for profit..... +AMD bounce off VWAP again but this time the BID orders coming through were very strong and the action went fast and I got out a little after my stop (I was just a little slow)..... Don't even know why I took it on the third.... Was bored and realized it so I got out at BE to not mess with my day..... And now I am completely over trading and I will call it a morning and come back in the afternoon or tomorrow.... +40.83 CONS: Over Traded overall in a big way, took several trades out of boredom and ended up getting out of them mostly at BE (negative after Fees).......... Traded MU in the first 5min and cost me a one and done.......... Still need to fine tune my trade sizes.... PROS: I did follow the rest of my PATs........ I do feel very good about following the LVL2 and using it to get in and out of trades Note to self: Sticky Notes.......... Do not trade out of boredom, Walk away or Journal........... Look for more Patterns........... Fine tune trade sizes for R/R............. Profit Target +50.00: (50.58) .........Bad hotkey mistake should have been about +120 JD............ just trying to trade mainly off the LVL2........ Seems to work for quick scalps....... Short for a quick 10.00 then long for another 40.00

13/8/19 hit the gym early this morning and had a tough workout so feeling kind of exhausted so hoping i dont do anything stupid but feeling good still and keen to get started. Amazing day today, although i think most people had pretty good days today, market was on a tear. 5 trades: 4 winners (ORB, False breakout, wedge breakup, trend trade) 1 loser almost winner (pullback on a strong stock) Trade 1: i traded within the first 5 minutes but i was just so confident so making that an exception to the rule. I put in an order so waited for the price to come down to reduce my risk, got an amazing entry and got a 5:1 on roku. almost doubled my target for the day but as im getting close to going live i carried on trading. Trade 2: This looked like a perfect VWAP false breakout. waited until it came a fair bit below VWAP and went short with a large share size, took partials quickly and got out at b/e. Trade3: This was my only losing trade, but i shouldve kept original stop at below the wick of the previous candle, if i had this wouldve been a big winner. JD was strong, waited for a pullback and confirmation of a bounce and went long. unfortunately stopped out too early. Trade 4: saw an ascending wedge, went long near the bottom of the wedge to reduce risk, and waited for a breakout. got a couple partials then stopped out at b/e. Trade 5: MU i think i noticed a trend, waited for a wick, went short after it formed, added after the next pullback and turned out to have a really nice pop. once it lost steam i got out the rest, just in time because it shot up after i got out. Brilliant day for me overall, more than tripled my daily target.

Ahhh yes, I uploaded it and totally forgot about it many years back. Left it for prosperity. Fun fact about that cat, I got him from a professional boxer and he was an F1 Bengal w/ a gene that made him white w/ blue eyes. Cat dad was an asian leopard (it's a boxer thing). That cat was as close to a dog as you could get and every night he'd bounce on my dog, wrap around his neck, bite (thrashing his head) .. obviously it was an attempt at murder, but also very cute. He'd escort you on your walks, bark if meowing didn't work, and weighed around 19lbs. He was legitimately catnapped. I'm not making that last part up, someone took him when they moved.

12/8/19 bit of a heavy weekend, but tried my best to catch up on sleep with a lie in this morning so feeling ok but not 100%. Still looking forward to trading more and more. Had a nice feeling when i woke up on saturday and got a bit bummed out when i realised i couldn't trade that day just proving to myself that i am enjoying this journey. bad day today, just nothing going my way, but didnt do too badly in terms of my rules. 1 winner (5 min ORB) 5 losers (5 min ORB, VWAP bounce, Wedge breakout x 2, ABCD) Trade 1: pretty simple 5 min ORB on MU, stopped out below VWAP Trade 2: once it came back above VWAP after bouncing of some support i went long again for a nice trade. Trade 3: It sold off a lot then looked like a VWAP bounce but broke VWAP and i stopped out. Trade 4: thought i saw a wedge form so went long, got 1 partial then stopped out. this stock was moving really weirdly and shook up my psychology quite a bit. Trade 5: basically tried to take the same trade again, again with 1 partial, then i had a stop loss order sent but when it triggered it didnt actually go through because the stock was on SSR? so took quite a hit on this trade Trade 6: looked like an ABCD pattern about to break up so went long, but went against me and stopped out below the support.

I saw a recap on youtube for someone who took AMD trade for the long side, interesting how we look at charts differently!

I was looking to take the same engulfing crack on $AMD, but I saw all moving averages below and decided not to trade into them. Nice afternoon trade on $AMD.

12.Aug.19. Green day. 1.5r. Decent trading day, esp on a Monday. Watchlist: $MU, $ROKU, $GGAL, $AMD and $RKDA (LF/LP). I didn't trade till 9.45AM, as I couldn't find any pattern. Trade 1: $TS was setting up for 9/20 MA cross above 50MA, I took Long small share size got out for a small profit. Trade 2&3: $MU. Took break of the wedge setup. This is not my A+ setup, so again took half sharesize. Got stopped out, flipped my position and got out for BE. Price couldn't break 50MA on 5min. BE. Trade 4: $GGAL. One more Wedge setup, again half the share size. Stock stopped me out, and went in my direction. Slippage was very bad 10c. -1.5r. Trade 5: $AMRN. My best trade of the day. Took a reversal, after price appeared to be bottoming out and forming double bottom. I preempted the setup a bit on 15min for the price to break the previous candle. Targeted 2r and Got 2r. I should have gone with Double share size (to the risk R). +2r Good: Decent trading day. Improvement: Good trading day, if only I could get rid of that slippage, but it happens. Also, remember to increase the sharesize, when my A+ setup appars ($AMRN).

Monday 8/12/2019 I had a well-being score of 7/10 this morning. My nerves were good. I took 2 live trades with AAPL and a few SIM trades. I did not have AMD on my primary focus charts this morning because of its poor performance last week at the open. So of course it had a great open run. But that is OK it gave me a chance to trade ROKU at least in SIM. AAPL also looked OK and was my primary focus. AAPL opened a little choppy but was making a nice reverse hammer about 15 seconds after the open with a good R/R. I took the trade and got a really bad fill. This happens so close to the open. The R/R is now poor and I need to get out of the trade. But I really have issues bailing on trades when I get bad fills. This is something I need to work on. Even though the reverse hammer looks even better after my bad fill, my target of 199.21 is actually closer than my stop (50MA-1min). But it’s OK the market is really good about trying to teach me lessons and very quickly the price reversed. I even got a bad fill on my stop as well. The chart when I took the trade. Sadly I tried to enter the trade at 199.60. The entire trade: AAPL quickly turned around and looked strong. It reached the 200 level and found resistance. Then made a pull back to the 199.80 level which was respected in the premaket and I went long. I got another bad fill and entered the trade at my planned first partial profit location. But R/R was still OK. My target was the PDC with 50MA-1min as my stop. I took two partials, one at 200.50 (another bad fill) and the other at 200.75 daily level. Both partials were small since I was hoping for a red to green so I was saving my shares. It didn’t happen and I tried to exit at B/E, but just like my other exit and two entrances there was slippage. What the chart looked like when I entered the trade: The entire trade (there is a 3rd trade that I took SIM - S/O) I then took 5 SIM trades and was stopped out on 3 of them. But, I did learn quite a bit today from the SIM trades. Score Card (live trade) AAPL AAPL 78% 89% What I did good today: Learned quite a bit from my SIM trades. What I am grateful from today? That my nerves were OK today. They are usually worse on Mondays. What do I need to improve on: Exiting immediately on the bad fill.

Monday August 12th, 2019 Sleep: 7 hours. Mood: good, ready to trade. first trade was a 2min ABCD in FTCH. didn't take it the first one for the ORB because i didn't like the spread. then i didn't take the second one out of fear, finally took it on a pullback with a new 2min high hammer. great entry. it went up close to the HOTD but couldn't punch through and i got stopped out. GOOD: entry, R/R, exit at stop RFI: felt the trade wasn't going to have the volume and momentum to follow though on the move. gut was right. MOOD: fine, glad i got out at my stop CONSISTENT: yes, exactly to plan i noticed in my July trade review session that if i get stopped out. I pretty much always stop out on the next trade so I was thinking about only taking 1 trade a day to combat this. i decided though that i can't just take a 1R loss and be done with my day every time i stop out on my first trade so i took another trade in FTCH. it looked like it found a bottom and came up above VWAP and was holding the MAs on the 2min chart. i waited for an entry right on the MAs. nailed the entry, it just couldn't get the momentum to make a new highs and once it made a new 5min low, it dumped. i blame myself for not getting out on that new 5min low. i half figured that it might do a fake out and head higher but i should have been watching, instead i chose to shut the window and use the bathroom. got stopped out at my original 1R loss. GOOD: entry, stop loss level, setup RFI: should have got out earlier. MOOD: disappointed to start the week down -2R CONSISTENT: could have bailed earlier but i stuck to my plan. took a reverse ABCD in AMD on SIM that worked perfectly. should have just waited for that setup. didn't take it live because i'm at my max daily loss and it would just stop me out the moment i get in. What i did good today: did a great job with my entries and exits today. What i did bad today: traded FTCH which didn't have the volume to follow through on moves. What can i do better tomorrow: stop revenge trading the same stock i get stopped out in.
